The Plymouth Rocks got a magnificent performance from pitcher Ron Harris, who muffled the Port Huron offense en route to a tight, 3-1 Rocks win at Port Huron Park. Marvin Justice wrapped it up, recording his 1st save. The loss makes Port Huron 22-47.

Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Dae-il Kil? The 26-year old right fielder Kil stroked a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to put Plymouth up, 3-1. For the game, he was 2 for 3, including 1 double and 1 single.
