Big Day by Doesburg Ignites Starks Win
Olvido Doesburg impressed in the 10-7 Syracuse win over Baton Rouge. Doesburg, who is tied for 4th in the PAAA in home runs with 4, went 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. The Brass fall to 9-11 and continue their lackluster start to the 2054 season.

In the bottom of the sixth, Doesburg put his team in front with his 4th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which came against Jeff Lynch, made it 8-7, Syracuse.

"It was a nice win for our side today," said Starks manager Gabriel Madrigal. "Not perfect, but we'll take it."
