ParksNRec Suffer 3-2 Loss to Thunderbirds
|
The Hamilton Thunderbirds locked up a win at Coyote Wildlife Refuge, knocking off the Pawnee ParksNRec, 3-2. On the mound for Hamilton was right-hander Donald Kane. He played a major role in the triumph. At 28-47, the Thunderbirds are currently last in the Menard's AAA.
Making an impact for the home team was Howard Brown. In the bottom of the third, the 26-year old designated hitter had a run-scoring ground out. That made the score 3-0, Thunderbirds.
"We came out on the wrong end of this one," said Pawnee skipper Jesús Salazar.
