Norfolk catcher Rich Flores had a 3-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Sacramento Redlegs, 7-1. The loss makes Sacramento 9-18.

With Norfolk leading 1-0 in the top of the second, Flores hit a run-scoring single off Sacramento hurler Tom Ward. It was the 6th hit of the season for Flores and put his team ahead, 2-0.

"We didn't get the results that we wanted," said Sacramento skipper Kyle Lucas.
