The Pawnee ParksNRec outlasted Larry Davis and the Port Huron Blitzkrieg, 10-8. Davis was impressive in the loss. The Port Huron designated hitter went 3 for 4 with 3 singles and a walk, while scoring 2 times. Carlton Taylor closed it out for his 19th save. The win makes Pawnee 46-41.

The Blitzkrieg had been locked in a 7-7 tie with the ParksNRec going into the bottom of the seventh inning. That changed quickly when the 25-year old catcher Andrew Clark came to the plate. Clark hit a run-scoring double on a first pitch slider from Port Huron hurler Salvador Martínez. It was Clark's 3rd double of the year.

"Say want you want about this team, they play nine innings hard," said Pawnee manager Jesús Salazar.
