Hays, Pawnee Prevail in Pitchers' Duel
|
Pawnee right-hander Keith Hays helped his team edge Hialeah by the score of 2-1. Hays kept the opposing lineup in check. Brad Hickton was credited with the save for Pawnee, his 20th of the season. At 48-41, the ParksNRec are currently 4th in the Menard's AAA.
Hays, the winner, is now 7-6. In 7.1 innings of work, he gave up 1 run on 2 hits, while collecting 9 Ks. He essentially shut down the Hialeah offense.
