Sunset District Gets 8-4 Win
The Sunset District Fog topped the Pawnee ParksNRec, 8-4, at Whips Ballpark. Sunset District center fielder Mike Armstrong was a spark plug for the offense. He was 3 for 4 with a triple and a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. Teddy Harvey earned the save for Sunset District, his 12th. With the win, Sunset District upped its record to 49-42.

Sunset District used a timely hit from Adam McNeal to get the win. The left fielder stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Fog ahead, 5-4. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"Nice win for us," said McNeal. "Now we'll go after the next one."
