Disaster Sneak Past Buzz, 6-5
The Port Royal Disaster wiggled past the Salt Lake City Buzz, 6-5, at Ballpark of Port Royal. The win was highlighted by the performance of Port Royal pitcher Ron Woods. Port Royal reliever Dave McCormick picked up the win, upping his record to 6-4. Brad Bray took the loss. The Disaster, at 41-50, sit in 10th place in the Menard's AAA.

The Disaster got a clutch hit from first baseman Greg Hilton. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Disaster.

"Ron had good arm action, good stuff," said Port Royal manager .
