O'Shea Steals Spotlight, But Last Laugh Belongs to Pawnee
The Pawnee ParksNRec outlasted Rick O'Shea and the Sunset District Fog, 9-8. O'Shea was impressive in the loss. The Sunset District shortstop was 2-4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice. Rafael Aragón was the winner. He's now 3-0. The loser was José Mecedone. Carlton Taylor wrapped it up, recording his 20th save.

Félix Hernández cracked a home run off José Mecedone in the bottom of the second. His 3-run blast put the ParksNRec on top, 3-0. In all, Hernández had 2 singles in addition to the home run, while going 3 for 4.

"Both teams had plenty of clutch hits," said Hernández. "It made for an exciting game."

With the win, the ParksNRec improved to 48-44.
