Spirits Stadium was the site of an exciting ballgame between the Salt Lake City Buzz and Calgary Lynx.

Masato Rin, who is tied for 4th in the 3AAA in complete games with 2, had a strong outing for the Salt Lake City Buzz against the Calgary Lynx at Spirits Stadium. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 4-3 win. Sib Gijbels, who is tied for 8th in the 3AAA in saves with 13, earned the save for Salt Lake City.

Dustin Ackerman had a big run-scoring double for the Buzz in the bottom of the fifth inning. With Salt Lake City leading 3-1 and a runner on 2nd, he got a curveball from 31-year old right-handed pitcher Sidney Jones and swatted a double to left-center. It was his 7th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Buzz ahead, 4-1.

"Masato was really locked in," said Salt Lake City manager Todd Hines.

The setback makes Calgary 55-39.
