Andrew Wilkes-Krier brought his A-game to help Vermont defeat the Port Royal Disaster, 3-0. Wilkes-Krier got the win, improving to 8-5. He gave up 6 hits and walked 1 over 7 innings. He allowed no runs. José Gonzáles, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 3rd save.

Miguel Mora aided the Vermont cause with a run-scoring ground out in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the shortstop drove in one run.
