Harlan O'Rorke, who is tied for 10th in the 3AAA with a 3.39 ERA, had a strong outing for the Sunset District Fog against the Hamilton Thunderbirds at Fog Park. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 4-3 win. Sunset District is now 52-44.
Pepe Castillo, who is tied for 8th in the 3AAA in bases on balls with 54, chipped in a 2-run home run for Sunset District in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, the catcher had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 RBI.
"We're in a little funk right now and we've just got to get ourselves out of it," said Hamilton manager Jesús Garces.
