Minnesota and Lake Murray duked it out and the Loons came out victorious.

Minnesota Loons starter Billy Warren turned in a top-notch performance against the Lake Murray MotorBoaters at Heron Field. The result was a win for the Loons, 4-2. Lake Murray is 0-3 after the defeat.

Minnesota used the hitting of Chae-ho Chong to pick up the win. The shortstop clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Loons on top, 3-0. For the game, Chong had 1 home run and 1 single in 3 at-bats.

"For the most part, I made good pitches when I needed to," said Warren.
