Nashville got a strong outing from Wessel de Best as the Hot Chickens defeated the Sacramento Redlegs, 3-2, at Hot Chickens Park. Nashville is now 39-53.
Nashville took control in the bottom of the sixth. With one out and the bases loaded, Ellis Oliver hit a 2-run single to make it 3-1, Hot Chickens.
Nashville manager Paul Dawsey praised his team's "businesslike approach."
