Behind an impressive start by Kiyonaga Kondo, Ellenburg beat Sacramento, 3-0. Harley Wright wrapped it up, recording his 2nd save. The Fighting Dachshunds are now 44-58.

Yll Januzaj had a big 2-run home run for the Fighting Dachshunds in the bottom of the sixth inning. With Ellenburg leading 1-0 and a runner on 3rd, he sized up a fastball from Dustin Burgess, who is tied for 4th in the PAAA in complete games with 1, and punished it. The result was his 7th home run of the season, which put the Fighting Dachshunds on top, 3-0.

Januzaj attributed the win to "everyone pulling their weight."
