Lynx Spoil Opening Day for Drummers, Their Fans
Fans brought energy and enthusiasm to the Tortolita Drummers home opener. Osman Hoti started for the home team against Rick Hartsfield for the Calgary Lynx. The Drummers were unable to reward the home crowd with a win. The final score was 8-5, Calgary. Willie Graham, though, was impressive.

With Calgary leading 1-0 in the top of the first, Graham hit a 2-run single off Tortolita hurler Osman Hoti. It was the 4th hit of the season for Graham and put his team ahead, 3-0.

"I like our moxie," said Lynx manager Steve Duncan.
