Black Mambas Walk Off with 6-3 Win
|
The 2061 season is off to a good start for the Austin Black Mambas. The hometown Black Mambas dumped the Sioux Falls Red Pandas, 6-3, at Mamba Park. Titus Andromedon spearheaded the win. He hit 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. Tom Butler snagged the win in relief. He goes to 1-0 on the season. Norm Coleman suffered the loss.
The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With one out, Andromedon hit a fastball from Norm Coleman for a 3-run home run. The Black Mambas, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
"There's nothing like the buzz of a walk-off win," Andromedon said.
