The Sioux Falls Red Pandas beat the Florence Flamingos, 4-3, in 11 innings. Sioux Falls pitcher and Sunnyvale, California, native Ronnie Gómez led the way. Florence drops to 0-3.

The decisive moment came in the bottom of the 11th for Sioux Falls. That's when Raúl Gallegos hit a run-scoring double off 28-year old right-handed pitcher Kenny Busby to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"We were determined to pick up this win," said Gallegos.
