Rocks Reel Off Another Win
The Plymouth Rocks extended their winning streak.

The Plymouth Rocks beat the Sioux Falls Red Pandas, 9-7, at Plymouth Quarry. Plymouth designated hitter Gabriel Turner banged out 2 singles and 1 double, while driving in 3 runs. Plymouth goes to 6-0.

In the bottom of the fifth, Frank Thompson delivered a clutch hit. With two gone and runners on 2nd and 3rd, the Plymouth right fielder hit a run-scoring single, putting the Rocks in front, 9-7.

"We're obviously playing with a lot of confidence," said Plymouth manager Tommy Dreamer.
