Rainbeaus Suffer 3-1 Loss to Fighting Dachshunds
The Ellenburg Fighting Dachshunds earned a close win over the Kansas Rainbeaus, thanks in part to Tommaso Cugnoni. The Ellenburg right-hander played a key role in the 3-1 victory. Mike Allen closed it out for Ellenburg, earning his 2nd save. With the win, Ellenburg climbs to 2-4.

Ellenburg used the bat of Tadasu Ogasahara to get the win. The center fielder spanked a 2-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Fighting Dachshunds ahead, 2-1. It was his lone hit in 5 at-bats, but it altered the outcome.

"I feel like a little kid every time I put the uniform on," said Ogasahara.
