Thanks in large part to designated hitter José Gamboa, the Plymouth Rocks beat the Milton Dogfish Head, 11-4. Gamboa went 3-5 with 3 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Now 11-1, the 2058 Rocks have been sensational so far.

Juan Jose Brisuela chipped in a 3-run home run for Plymouth in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the left fielder had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 3 runs batted in.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Brisuela.
