A good performance from first baseman Gale Boetticher helped the Norfolk Pajaritos defeat the Alaskan Humpbacks, 5-4. Boetticher went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times for the Pajaritos. The winner in relief was Eduardo Rivera. He is now 1-1. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 4 hits in 2.2 innings. Oliver Quested closed out the game, earning his 1st save.
Brad Harris, who is tied for 9th in the SAAA in extra base hits with 8, helped out the Norfolk cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the center fielder was 1-4.
