Sullivan Leads Florence to 4-2 Win
|
Baseball fans saw a good contest between the Florence Flamingos and Sioux Falls Red Pandas.
The Florence Flamingos picked up a win at Florence Field, defeating the Sioux Falls Red Pandas, 4-2. Starting pitcher Alan Sullivan was an essential part of his team's success. With the loss, Sioux Falls drops to 10-8.
Sullivan gave Florence an exquisite performance. The right-hander allowed 2 runs on 2 hits over 8 innings.
"It's a mindset," said Sullivan. "Just trying to do your job, trying to be consistent."
