Big Day for Gilbert in 7-2 Black Mambas Win
The Austin Black Mambas defeated the Sioux Falls Red Pandas, 7-2, at Mamba Park. Leading the charge for Austin was left fielder Tim Gilbert. He was 2 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 and driving in 4. With the win, Austin boosts its record to 8-12.

Austin took a 7-2 lead on Gilbert's 3rd home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which he hit off Thomas Reed in the bottom of the eighth, propelled Austin to the win.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Gilbert.
