Norfolk second baseman Christian McFarland had a day to remember, 5-for-5 against the Hartford Pride at Norfolk Field as the Pajaritos picked up a win, 11-5.

"He was patient up there," Norfolk skipper Phil Baker told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. McFarland has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes."

Christian McFarland hit an RBI double in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Jeffrey Dixon in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Jeffrey Dixon in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
