Red Pandas Squelch Black Mambas Offense in Shutout Win
The Sioux Falls Red Pandas converted a terrific effort from starter Uhi Ahipene into a win over the Austin Black Mambas at The Bamboo Forest. The Red Pandas won the game by a final score of 5-0. Ahipene yielded no runs over 6.2 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 0, and struck out 2. His record improves to 2-2. Sioux Falls is now 12-11.

The Red Pandas picked up the win with a combination of good hitting and good pitching.

"When Uhi is on, he can really move the ball around," said Sioux Falls manager Rodney Dudley.
