Ellenburg turned a good effort from starter Bobby Dudley into a win over the Port Huron Blitzkrieg at Port Huron Park. The Fighting Dachshunds won the game, 8-2. The Fighting Dachshunds, now 12-13, have won 4 in a row.

Ellenburg used a clutch at-bat from José Arroyo to capture the win. The third baseman hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Fighting Dachshunds ahead, 5-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"Throwing strikes was the main thing," Dudley said.
