Calgary turned a good effort from starter Mac Walker into a win over the Sioux Falls Red Pandas at The Bamboo Forest. The Lynx won the game, 3-2. Richard Albright nailed down the save. With the win, Calgary upped its record to 15-10.

Calgary used a clutch at-bat from Derek Brooks to capture the win. The catcher hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Lynx ahead, 2-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

Brooks attributed the win to his team's "determination."
