The timely hitting of Chris Perry helped the Sioux Falls Red Pandas down the Montreal Machine, 6-3. Perry went 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Red Pandas. The defeat makes Montreal 19-14.

Thomas Inge produced at a critical juncture for Sioux Falls. It happened in the top of the eighth with Bobby Mixson on the mound and Sioux Falls leading 2-1. That's when the 30-year old first baseman Inge hit a sacrifice fly.

"Winning the game is always the first objective," Perry said.
