Sioux Falls and Hartford duked it out and the Red Pandas came out victorious.
Sioux Falls pitcher Curtis Hall had a large part in his team beating the Hartford Pride, 4-1. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. With the win, Sioux Falls raised its record to 18-16.
Greg Reese, who is tied for 4th in the SAAA in RBI with 24, had a direct impact on the outcome. Reese contributed a 2-run single in the top of the sixth inning to put Sioux Falls up, 3-1.
In postgame comments to the Sioux Falls Today, Hall said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
