Rainbeaus Deal Florence 7-4 Defeat

Lee Lee made an impact in the 7-4 Kansas win over Florence. Lee, who is tied for 5th in the SAAA in extra base hits with 15, was 3 for 4 with 3 singles and a walk, while scoring 2. Kansas pitcher Alex Fahy got the win, upping his record to 3-1. José Suárez got the loss. Jonah Cervantes closed it out for Kansas, earning his 9th save.
Taco Pancake hit a 2-run double off José Suárez in the bottom of the seventh, which put the Rainbeaus in front, 5-4. In addition to the double, Pancake had 1 single and 1 walk, while going 2 for 3.
"Lee showed up tonight," said Kansas manager José Villegas.
With the win, the Rainbeaus improved to 17-17.
