The Florence Flamingos polished off the Kansas Rainbeaus by the score of 6-2. The largest share of the credit belonged to center fielder Scott Potter. Potter was 2-4 with a home run, a triple, and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 3 for the Flamingos. Mario Hernández earned the win. Harrie Lindeboom, who is tied for 3rd in the SAAA in complete games with 1, took the loss for Kansas. Florence, now 18-17, holds down 4th place in the Silver AAA.
