Brian Coleman made an impact in the 7-1 Monongahela win over Nashville. Coleman, who is tied for 6th in the SAAA in hits with 46, belted 2 home runs. Fernando Feliciano, the winner, is now 5-3. He struck out 4 and walked 4 over 6.1 innings, while allowing 1 run on 4 hits. The losses continue to mount for Nashville, which has now dropped 6 in a row.

The Monsters jumped ahead in the bottom of the first. With no one out, Chris Blanchard, who is tied for 2nd in the SAAA in runs scored with 31, hit a 2-run home run off León Berroa, putting Monongahela in front, 2-1. For Blanchard, it was his 9th home run of the season.

"Our approach was just to try to see something over the plate and be aggressive," Coleman told the Monongahela Times.
