The Calgary Lynx defeated the Milton Dogfish Head, 6-1. Right Fielder Juan Barajas deserved a large share of the credit. Barajas was 2 for 4 with 2 home runs for the Lynx. Mac Walker picked up the win with 5 innings of work. He allowed 1 run on 6 hits, while walking 3 and striking out 6. On the season, he is now 3-3. The Lynx improved to a lofty 28-12.

Calgary used a well-timed hit by Brent Pelaez to capture the win. The third baseman socked a 2-run double in the top of the fourth inning to put the Lynx ahead, 3-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"Solid performance from our side," said Lynx manager Steve Duncan.
