Due in large part to left fielder Ricardo Martínez, the Sioux Falls Red Pandas sunk the Milton Dogfish Head, 6-2. Martínez was 3-5 with a double and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times. The win puts the Red Pandas at 23-18, while the Dogfish Head drop to 15-26.

The Red Pandas got an important contribution from center fielder Tony Flores, who in the bottom of the fifth hit a 0-2 fastball to right-center for a 2-run double. It was his 5th double of the season and put the Red Pandas ahead, 4-1.

"It's nice to come out on top today," said Martínez.
