The Sioux Falls Red Pandas beat the Austin Black Mambas by a score of 7-3. Sioux Falls first baseman Clint Ellison deserved the lion's share of the credit. Ellison was 3 for 4 with 3 singles and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the Red Pandas. Curtis Hall, who went 5 innings, was the winning pitcher.
