Dodos Ballpark was the site of a remarkable pitchers' duel.

Chip Sizemore was in top form in a low-scoring contest between Hialeah and Kansas. The Dodos right-hander helped his team beat the Rainbeaus, 1-0. Sizemore, now 4-4, was the winner. In 6 innings, he gave up 3 hits, while striking out 6, walking 6, and allowing no runs.

In the bottom of the fourth, Andrew King delivered a clutch hit. With two gone and runners on 1st and 3rd, the Hialeah center fielder hit a run-scoring double, putting the Dodos in front, 1-0.

"Some wins are easy and some are difficult, but either way we come to the ballpark ready to work hard every day," Sizemore told the Hialeah Chronicle.
