The home crowd had a good time watching the Florence Flamingos and Calgary Lynx get after it.

A 6-RBI performance from the 25-year old second baseman Tim Raines helped the Calgary Lynx beat the Florence Flamingos, 13-5. The win puts Calgary at 29-23 this season.

Darrell White had a big 3-run home run for the Lynx in the bottom of the second inning. With Calgary trailing 2-1 and runners on 1st and 3rd, he sized up a sinker from 22-year old right-handed pitcher Mark Christian and punished it. The result was his 13th home run of the season, which put the Lynx on top, 4-2.

"It's the best feeling when you come through for your teammates," said Raines.
