Good production from left fielder Jonathan Day helped the Sioux Falls Red Pandas topple the Monongahela Monsters, 4-2. Day was 3 for 3 with 3 singles and was hit by a pitch for the Red Pandas. Juan Luis Matos wrapped it up, recording his 5th save. Sioux Falls occupies 4th place in the Silver AAA at 32-27.

Day contributed in the bottom of the third. With a runner on 2nd, he hit a run-scoring single. It was one at-bat among others that helped Sioux Falls get the win.

"Every time I go up there, I try and hit a ball hard," said Day.
