Norfolk beat Calgary at Norfolk Field, escaping with a 5-4 win in 12 innings. The win in large part was due to first baseman Ofa Paulo. He went 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. The 'W' lifts Norfolk's record to 40-22.

The Pajaritos got a clutch hit from shortstop Carlos Gracía. In the bottom of the 12th, he hit a run-scoring single to left-center, to win the game for the Pajaritos.

"This place was rockin'," Gracía said.
