Losing Streak Continues for Red Pandas with 4-1 Loss to Liberty Reserves

Another game, another loss for the struggling Sioux Falls Red Pandas.
The Philadelphia Liberty Reserves beat the Sioux Falls Red Pandas, 4-1, at The Bamboo Forest. Starting pitcher Javier Salinas was a big reason why. He held his opponent in check all game. Salinas got the win, improving to 7-5. He gave up 5 hits and walked 3 over 6.1 innings. He allowed 1 run.
Dan Cook had a direct impact on the outcome. Cook contributed a 2-run single in the top of the first inning to put Philadelphia up, 2-0.
"It wasn't a very good day at the ballpark," said Sioux Falls manager José González.
The 6th-place Red Pandas have lost 10 consecutive games.
