The Plymouth Rocks downed the Milton Dogfish Head, 6-1, at Plymouth Quarry. Stellar pitching by Reynaldo Hernández had a lot to do with it. The right-hander, who is tied for 2nd in the SAAA in complete games with 1, handcuffed his opponent all game. Hernández picked up the win for Plymouth, going 6 innings. He gave up no runs on 6 hits. He now sports a record of 3-2. Rodney Craig closed it out for Plymouth, earning his 2nd save.

Juan Jose Brisuela hit a 2-run double off Elvin Olson in the bottom of the first, which put the Rocks in front, 2-0. In addition to the double, Brisuela had 2 singles, while going 3 for 4.

"Reynaldo did a tremendous job," said Plymouth manager Gerald Clark.

Plymouth is now 37-30.
