Pajaritos Earn Win with Late Rally
The Norfolk Pajaritos beat the Tortolita Drummers, 9-8, in 11 innings at Drummers Ballpark. Ofa Paulo, in particular, was impressive. He was 2 for 5 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. David Adelabu notched his 23rd save of the season. The third-place Pajaritos improved to 45-23.

The game was at a stalemate until catcher Dan Harlow came to bat in the top of the 11th. Facing Tortolita pitcher Marc Potts, he hit a 1-2 fastball for a 2-run single. It was a game-changer, putting Norfolk on top, 9-7.

"If you want to be considered a good team, these are the kind of games you have to win," said Norfolk manager Phil Baker.
