|
Kansas Rainbeaus starter Carter King pitched a strong game against the Florence Flamingos at Florence Field, leading the Rainbeaus to victory, 8-3. King, now 8-3, was the winner. In 6.2 innings, he gave up 7 hits, while striking out 9, walking 1, and allowing 3 runs. Picking up his 2nd save was 26-year old right-handed pitcher David Uribe.
