Red Pandas Rally Late to Clip Norfolk
The Sioux Falls Red Pandas had to overcome a good performance from Norfolk pitcher Jorge Deleón to claim a 3-2 win at The Bamboo Forest. Deleón went 6.1 innings and allowed 1 run. Sioux Falls reliever Tony Hensley picked up the win, upping his record to 3-7. José Peña absorbed the loss. The Red Pandas now have a record of 33-39 with the win over Norfolk.

The Red Pandas got a clutch hit from designated hitter Clint Ellison. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Red Pandas.

Ellison attributed the win to his team's "dogged determination."
