The Florida Men had to overcome a big game from Ellenburg center fielder Willie Griffin to leave Psychos Ballpark with a victory. And they did, winning, 11-7. Griffin was 3 for 5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Florida reliever Mike Allen was the winner. His record is now 2-1. Joe Winters took the loss. The last-place Men own a record of 23-59.

Francisco Rosa had a key at-bat with one out in the bottom of the sixth for Florida. With the bases loaded and the Men leading 5-4, he hit a sacrifice fly.

"It was a solid team effort," said Rosa after the game.
