The Nashville Hot Chickens picked up a win at Hot Chickens Park, knocking off the Monongahela Monsters, 2-1. Starting pitcher Takakazu Ishihara played a key role in the triumph. Ishihara picked up the win for Nashville, going 7.2 innings. He gave up 1 run on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 4-14. Steven Boon was credited with the save.
