Starting pitcher Martin Humphrey gave the Florence Flamingos a rock-solid performance, helping them defeat the Sioux Falls Red Pandas, 2-1, in 10 innings. Florence reliever Cisco Rodríguez got the win, raising his record to 2-4. Stephen Price was tagged with the loss. The victory puts Florence at 34-54.

The Flamingos got a clutch hit from center fielder José Castro. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single to right, to win the game for the Flamingos.
