Florida right fielder Ted Oglethorpe made his presence felt in the 9-6 Men triumph over the Port Huron Blitzkrieg. Oglethorpe was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 5. The last-place Men own a record of 24-65.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Oglethorpe hit a curveball from Luis Montáñez for a 3-run home run. The Men, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
