Golden Cranes Earn Clutch Win, 4-3
The Santa Barbara Golden Cranes scored a tight, 4-3 win versus the Nashville Hot Chickens at Crane Field. Santa Barbara pitcher Ron Mora held his own in the contest. Santa Barbara reliever Joe Adams picked up the win, upping his record to 1-2. Fred Hardy absorbed the loss. The victory makes Santa Barbara 35-67.

The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Santa Barbara trailing 3-2, Wes Smith hit a sinker from Fred Hardy to center for a 2-run single. Just like that, the Golden Cranes had a walk-off win.

"The fans went nuts at the end," Mora said.
