Casper got a terrific performance from pitcher Wesley Edwards, but it wasn't enough to beat the Richland Rails. Richland won the The Graveyard contest, 6-2. Edwards threw 7.0 innings of shutout ball for the losing team. With the win, Richland elevates its record to 3-2.

Richland used a timely hit from Will Morrison to get the win. The third baseman stroked a bases-clearing double in the top of the eighth inning to put the Rails ahead, 3-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a difference-maker.

"Enjoyed this one," Morrison told the Richland Observer. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
